BWH® Hotels helps you stay on top of your eye health with a Superior Vision by Metlife voluntary vision plan. The vision plan helps you pay for exams and glasses or contacts.

The Choice is Yours
You can choose to go to an in-network or out-of-network vision provider.
- In-Network: Your costs may be lower and you don’t have to file claim forms. (Superior National is the provider network.)
- Out-of-Network: You have to file a claim for reimbursement. Plus, you are responsible for any charges that exceed the maximum benefit allowed under the vision plan.
